Same-Day Repairs

Many common hearing aid issues can be resolved during your appointment. Broken receivers, clogged microphones, cracked tubing, and malfunctioning controls are among the problems we handle regularly. If your device requires factory repair, we'll coordinate the process and provide a loaner when available.

Professional Deep Cleaning

Daily wear exposes hearing aids to earwax, moisture, and debris that can degrade performance. Our professional cleaning goes beyond what's possible at home, using specialized tools and vacuum systems to remove buildup from critical components.

Reprogramming & Fine-Tuning

If your hearing has changed or your hearing aids don't sound quite right, we can reprogram them using the manufacturer's fitting software. Adjustments to volume, frequency response, noise reduction, and program settings can significantly improve your experience.

Wax Guard & Dome Replacement

These small components have a big impact on sound quality. We'll replace wax guards, domes, and other consumable parts and show you how to do routine replacements at home.

Taking Care of Your Hearing Aids at Home

• Store in a dry, cool place (use a dehumidifier or drying box overnight)
• Clean daily with a soft, dry cloth
• Change wax guards regularly
• Open the battery door when not in use (if applicable)
• Keep away from hair products and moisture
• Schedule professional cleanings every 3–6 months
